Once Dr. Zehnder has diagnosed the cause of your dizziness, he'll provide appropriate treatment immediately after communicating his findings with you.
This treatment could include repositioning maneuvers for positional vertigo, neck or eye exercises to improve sensory processing, or hands-on work such as dry needling and manual therapy to decrease tension in tissues contributing to your symptoms.
